I’m not getting notifications

Confirm notifications are enabled for GymCrew in your phone settings, then open the app once to refresh the token. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll check your device logs.

How do reactions work?

When someone posts a plan, tap “joining” or “maybe.” Everyone in the crew can see the responses without a long chat thread.

Can I remove a plan or check-in?

Yes. Open the post and use the delete option. You can also ask us to remove data associated with your account entirely.

Quick troubleshooting

  • • Open the app to refresh your session and notification token.
  • • Confirm notifications are allowed for GymCrew in system settings.
  • • Toggle airplane mode off/on to reset your connection.
  • • If issues persist, send us your device model and OS version.
